Excentrica group workshops are offered for choral enthusiasts of all levels who wish to develop classical vocal/choral expertise in a relaxed and friendly setting. Please check below for upcoming scheduled classes. Workshops (evening or weekend) may also be scheduled by request, and participants (non-auditioned) pay fees according to number and length of classes requested.

No audition necessary – bring a friend or family member!

A. The Beautiful, Resonant Voice (all levels)

Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017, 7 – 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $35, 3 – 6 participants

This workshop features techniques to develop the natural beauty in your singing tone.
Minimum requirement: ability to match pitch

B. Sight-Singing Improvement (not for beginners)

Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017, 7 – 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $35, 3 – 6 participants

This workshop will offer simple and enjoyable tools for improving your ability to correctly read and sing the notation in a vocal or choral score.
Minimum requirement: some previous vocal or choral experience singing standard music notation
